Grey cotton fabric, woven for bed sheets.

We run rapier looms to produce 100% cotton grey fabric. One product, made to a standard — every roll checked and measured before it leaves the mill.

One fabric. Kept simple on purpose.

We currently produce a single line: grey cotton fabric for bed sheets. No dyeing, no finishing runs, no side products — the mill is set up around this one output, so the same machines and the same eyes check it every day.

Cotton, grey state

Woven entirely from cotton yarn, delivered in its natural grey (unbleached, undyed) state, ready for a buyer's own finishing.

Rapier loom weaving

Fabric is woven on rapier looms, which carry the weft thread across the warp with a rigid, controllable arm rather than a shuttle.

Checked and measured

A dedicated QC team inspects every roll for weaving faults, and each piece is measured before it's approved for dispatch.

Chowala Industrial Area, Narsingdi

Narsingdi sits inside one of Bangladesh's older textile corridors, and our mill runs from the Chowala Industrial Area within it. Sizing on the warp yarn is currently handled by a third-party sizing house before it reaches our looms — weaving, checking and measuring all happen on our floor.
